Welcome to EFx2Blogs. These are our terms of service for our blog service. Your use of EFx2Blogs tells us you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms for our service then please do not use EFx2Blogs. We reserve the right to terminate your registration and deny you access to your blog if you violate any of our terms of service.
Description of Service
EFx2Blogs is a free web-based blogging service. We offer an online interface for members to post blog entries and share information with other members of our community.
Registration and Membership
Registration and verification is required for our services. You must be of the age of 13 or older in order to use our services. A valid e-mail is required when registering and during your use of our services. As stated in our Privacy Policy all e-mails and personal information are protected and not sold or given away to a 3rd party and are only used for contact reasons. As a registered member you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Member Content
EFx2Blogs is not responsible for monitoring or filtering content posted by our members. All content and/or information provided or posted is the responsibility and property of the author. Members that post content not suitable for all visitors must agree to take full responsibility for their content. If the content breaks the law we are obligated to take action and will submit the information to the proper authorities. EFx2Blogs reserves the right to terminate any account that contains content that violates our terms of service. All complaints regarding content violations are taken very seriously. Depending on the violation a warning may be given. EFx2Blogs claims no ownership or control over any content posted by our members. All original content is the property of the author and is the author's responsibility to protect those copyrights. By agreeing to these terms of service you acknowledge our right, but not the obligation, to remove any content posted by our members that violate our terms of service. You also agree to accept all the risks associated with the content you provide.
Service Rules of Conduct
In order to use our services you must agree to the following rules of conduct. When using the EFx2Blogs services which include our forums and blogs you will not post material that:
- Contains pornographic images, content or redirects to 3rd party sites that deal with pornography.
- Contains racist or hateful language or expressions, inflammatory attacks of a personal, racial or religious nature.
- Is defamatory, threatening or abusive towards another member
- Violates another members personal privacy
- Violates any municipal, state, federal or international law, rule, regulation or ordinance.(piracy, child porn, etc.)
- Uses copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind without the permission of the owner of that material.
- Disrupts, interferes with, or otherwise harms or violates the security of EFx2Blogs
- Abuses system resources.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any violation of the rules of conduct listed above.
Special Admonitions For International Use
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold EFx2Blolgs harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
Modifications to Service
EFx2Blogs reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that EFx2Blogs shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Termination
You agree that EFx2Blogs, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if EFx2Blogs believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS.
